It is a tricky one: social media. It may have been your safe space, and now it feels like everyone you know is fighting each other in a war zone, it may be your biggest drain but you need to be on it for work or family, it might be your favourite way to zoneout but you're worried about how much time you spend on it, you might not be on it at all and now you feel left out of things. Whether we get stuck in, scroll on or boycott it, it affects us and those we know. This week we will be unpacking it from a spiritual stand point and see what changes you can make in regards to it, to lead a happier, healthier life. One size doesn't fit all, but I will help you navigate what is right for you and show you some practical tips to deal with addiction or any of the issues above.
