Who I was 12 months ago feels like a very different person, and despite the regular waves of sobbing and bursts of almost overwhelming rage, I wouldn't change this steep learning curve into knowing more of myself. I have been deeply grateful for the years of training and ceremonial processing, which equipped me to navigate these energetic shifts with surrender, and tools when they felt impossible.
